What You Will Learn

(For Polytechnic Adjunct Lecturers only) CTLAL 2.0 aligns with the national Training and Adult Educator Professional Pathway (TAEPP). CTLAL 2.0 equips lecturers with the foundational pedagogical, facilitation, and assessment competencies unique to polytechnic education. Completion of the full 36‑hour programme qualifies Adjunct/Associate Lecturers to be included in the TAEPP National Adult Educator Registry (NAER) registration as an Associate Adult Educator Level 1.
