Course Objective
Analyst job involves gathering data from internal and external sources, as well as cleaning data to remove duplicates or irrelevant information. Besides performing Data Validation and Quality Control, a Data Analyst has to be proficient in using computational tools to mine data and identify trends, patterns and correlations. By going through the course, participants will pick up a common computational open-source programming language Python, designed with a wide selection of matured libraries to assist in manipulating data and draw insights from large data sets.
This course aims to introducing participants to Python, a general-purpose programming language commonly used in Data Science by companies to gain insights from harvested data for competitive advantage. Participants will learn ways to import, scrape, store, and manipulate data, Python libraries, as well as data science tools commonly used for Data Analysis.
