Course Objective
This course aims equipping participants with the ability to understand the concept of regulatory compliance pertaining to Estate Management.
Through collaborative learning, real life case studies, and project work, they will fully comply with regulations and provide solutions to real life problems, such as Maintenance and Repair delays, as well as Tenant Miscommunication.

Participants will fully learn Estate Management regulatory practises, gaining insight of their impact on operational, safety, financial and sustainability performance of buildings. Topics include Building Control Act, Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, as well as Fire Safety Act.
