This course will provide essential knowledge to participants, letting them efficiently carry their designated Security duties out onboard vessels as required, by the vessels Ship Security Plan (SSP).

Participants will enhance ship Security, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter XI-2 of Safety of Life At Sea (SOLAS) 74 as amended, the International Ship and Port Facility (ISPS) Code, and section A-VI/ 6-2 of the Safety of Life at Sea (STCW) Code as amended.
