Biomedical Science alumnus received A*STAR Graduate Scholarship Award

Biomedical Science alumnus Lam Nai Yao (Class of 2016) was fascinated by the content being taught in SP, and wanted to learn more about how important discoveries in biology was made. These led him to deepen in the biomedical research specialisation (now biotechnology specialisation), where he was imbued with essential skills for research. He thanks his SP lecturers and FYP supervisor for their kind support and encouragement, which motivated him to apply for and receive the A*STAR Undergraduate Scholarship and subsequently, the A*STAR Graduate Scholarship to pursue a PhD in Immunology at NTU.
