Memorandum of Understanding signing with Symrise and Innovate 360

26 Nov 2021

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) signed Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with two strategic partners to promote collaboration activities in foodtech research and development.

On 18 November 2021, a MOU was inked between SP and Symrise Asia Pacific Pte Ltd through a virtual signing ceremony. This collaboration formalises our long-term relationship in providing our staff and students from the School of Chemical & Life Sciences (CLS) with valuable exchanges through internship, staff attachment, seminars and final year projects. Moving forward, we can also expect more joint research activities in areas of alternative proteins and future food development.

On 19 November 2021, another MOU was signed virtually between SP and Innovate 360. With a vibrant environment surrounded by food start-ups, Innovate 360 will provide our CLS students with opportunities to participate in exciting foodtech projects through final year projects or internships. Students will also learn more about the growing and thriving start-up community in Singapore and Innovate360's ecosystem during their stint.
