SP Biomedical Science graduate joins a cohort of 150 students on their path through medical school

Lianhe Zaobao - 17 August 2023 - The NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine has admitted 150 students this year, all of whom came from different backgrounds. 36 graduated from institutions other than junior colleges, such as polytechnics. Amongst them is SP alumna Lai Ruiqi who studied Biomedical Science in SP. During her internship as a cardiac technologist, she saw how different healthcare workers worked together to provide the best care for patients and this sparked her interest in the medical industry.
