Course Objective

Attend this Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) accredited short course, developed by Singapore Polytechnic in collaboration with Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), to identify and implement suitable Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) that meet organisational needs. Participants will learn to handle requests in compliance with the new Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR).
