The recommended notebook PCs, as shown in the table below, they also come with 3-year on-site warranty and next-business day service support.

SP offers Financial Assistance Schemes to allow you to have a notebook PC for your course of study. Insurance schemes will be available at the Roadshow.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please click HERE to find out the recommended notebook PC(s)/course specific hardware requirements for your course before making a purchase or bringing to use.  

2. If you are buying or using other brand/model, do ensure that its hardware specifications are at least comparable to that of the model(s) recommended for your course. The system must have at least 80GB of free hard disk space and running Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system or later for notebook OR Mac OS 10.9 or later for MacBook.

3. Each student is only allowed to purchase ONE unit of Notebook, regardless from which authorized suppliers. It is necessary to show your Student Card or Acceptance of Offer Letter when you place your order and take delivery of your Notebook from the authorized suppliers.

All models comes with 3 years onsite warranty and next business day service support, 1 year warranty for battery.

For Warranty-related services, the Supplier shall provide on-site (customer's residence) problem resolution by Next-Business-Day. Where the problem resolution cannot be provided by Next-Business Day, then the Supplier must provide notebook computers (in working order) as temporary loans to its customers, be they students or staff.
