The recommended notebook PCs, as shown in the table below, they also come with 3-year on-site warranty and next-business day service support.

SP offers Financial Assistance Schemes to allow you to have a notebook PC for your course of study. Optional insurance schemes are also available on the respective online order site.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please click HERE to find out the recommended notebook PC(s)/course specific hardware requirements for your course before making a purchase or bringing to use.  

2. If you are buying or using other brand/model, do ensure that its hardware specifications are at least comparable to that of the model(s) recommended for your course. The system must have at least 80GB of free hard disk space and running Microsoft Windows 10 operating system or later for notebook OR Mac OS 10.12 or later for MacBook.

3. Each student is only allowed to purchase ONE unit of notebook, regardless from which authorized suppliers. Please submit your Student Card or Acceptance of Offer Letter when you place your online order.

All models comes with 3 years onsite warranty and next business day service support, 1 year warranty for battery.

For Warranty-related services, the Supplier shall provide on-site (customer's residence) problem resolution by Next-Business-Day. Where the problem resolution cannot be provided by Next-Business Day, then the Supplier must provide notebook computers (in working order) as temporary loans to its customers, be they students or staff.
