Diploma in Landscape Architecture (DLA) final year students visited the Far East Organization Children’s Garden at Gardens by the Bay. They toured the facilities and also learned more about the installation and maintenance for the Splashpad
water-play feature in the garden.
The specialist & installer of the system, Mr Patrick Lee (Director, CT-Art Creation Pte Ltd) gave the students an insightful sharing about design, maintenance and safety issues before the site visit.

| The students continued the lesson on site during the visit as Mr Patrick Lee explained the system in greater detail. With permission from Gardens by the Bay, the students also had the rare opportunity to visit the water pump room to learn
in-depth knowledge about installation and maintenance for the Splashpad water-play feature. |
