STC Rok Cup 2015

Four second year students from the Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management (DEPM) provided on-site hospitality support to PaperOne, at the STC Rok Cup 2015. The Singapore leg of the prestigious Rok Cup karting series - KF1 Karting circuit, was held at the Singapore Turf Club on Saturday, 25 April 2015.

The students were involved with registration, interacting with PaperOne’s invited guests, facilitating photo-taking sessions with the racers, as well as distributing freebies and conducting go-kart origami sessions with children on-site.

This collaboration was made possible with the Recruitment for Marquee Events programme managed by the School of Architecture & the Built Environment, to provide students with hands-on experience working at brand-name events with credible industry partners at market rates.
