Visit to Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) 2023

Fifty students from the Diploma in Food Science & Technology (DFST) course attended the Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) event on the 27 April 2023. Students had the opportunity to mingle with industry professionals and were introduced to new-to-market drinks, fresh produce and current food technology. They were also exposed to renowned manufacturers and brands hailing from 70 countries and regions.

"The event was very informative as I gained many useful knowledge of the various sector in the food industry. The event also had many innovative and interesting food products from around the world. This event made me relate more to my diploma and see how the things that we learn contributes to the real food industry."
