195 outstanding students awarded MOE Special Award

8world, 29 August 2022 - A total of 195 outstanding students from 104 educational institutions received Special Awards from MOE at the annual Special Awards ceremony yesterday. The awards aim to recognise students’ diverse achievements in both academic and non-academic spheres, including their contributions to the community. Among the recipients was a group of five SP students from the Diploma in Infocomm Security Management (DISM), who received the Lee Hsien Loong Interactive Digital Media Smart Nation Award for their efforts in designing a web application that promoted good and secure coding habits.
The five students are:
- Goh Rui Jie Ryan (Team leader)
- Tan Xuan Inn Danzel (Asst Team leader)
- Tan Jing Zhi Lucas
- Melodi Joy Halim
- Jordan Lee Jia Jun
