PwC Hackathon Challenge 2022

SP’s Team Obelus, comprising three Year 3 students from the Diploma in Infocomm Security Management (DISM), participated in the 2nd edition of the Hackathon Challenge organised by PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Singapore on 24 November 2022. The team did SP proud, coming in First Runner Up in the National category and overall Second Runner Up in the International category.

With a Hackathon challenge, based off of PwC Hong Kong’s annual flagship event Hackaday, a centralised platform was marshalled so that cybersecurity talents around the world could congregate and begin to learn, hack and co-secure the environment and society in the near future. In participating in the event, Team Obelus were able to explore the elements that shape a meaningful career in cybersecurity.
