The project was done to firstly reduce discrepancies in information and sales orders while bargaining (different sales managers quote different fuel prices to buyers) and to create a standardized calendar platform. The project consists of 2 main features, a chatbot agent and calendar. The chatbot agent is able to firstly identify suppliers from an external database and will list them out for the user to choose (based on user inputted fuel grade and destination). This removes the need for buyers to go through the current process, which is quite complex. The embedded Google Calendar in our platform allows users to keep track of orders that they have made. This reduces the hassle of them having to manually save an entry in their own calendars. It also serves as a platform where they can view past order data for other uses as well.
