An e-Booking system for Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital (AMK-THKH) staff to book the corporate membership cards, which will replace their current manual booking system. As of current, AMK-THKH uses a manual booking approach to handle
the booking of Corporate Cards. Staff must personally walk to the HR office and fill in the physical booking form. HR then have to do manual checking to verify if the staff meets the criteria (no recurrent booking within the last
3 months) via excel sheet. This drains productivity on both HR and staff, prone to human errors and generates unnecessary paperwork.The E-Booking system will provides a 24/7 self-service portal for staff, streamlines the workflow
and increases efficiency, eliminates paperwork to save money and reduces storage space, provides data analytics on the utilization rate. With the e-booking system, staff can view availability of cards and submit booking record
online. The system performs criteria check if the staff meets the booking criteria, send a notification email to HR if staff's booking requires additional approval. It also generates utilization rate graph on each Corporate Card,
and allow data to be exported in Excel format.
