LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

First Year

In your first year in DLA, you will learn the fundamentals of design discipline to embark on site analysis and design explorations in the Common Foundation Programme. In this programme, you will be in a class with students from Diploma in Architecture and Diploma in Interior Design. we will impress upon you the environmental considerations in mind to help address climate change issues and you will start digitalization skills on design communications and documentation. In a module that focuses on landscape architecture foundation, you will be introduced plant knowledge and hardscape materials application that will enhance spaces for your intended design.
