Engineering Camp 19 Nov – Mission So Possible

A one-day fun-filled event for secondary school students- organised by the School of Electrical Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering & School of Architecture & the Build Environment.

A total of 106 secondary school students participated in this event, where they were exposed to engineering through exciting relevant games. Activities the students took part in included building a bridge where a remote-controlled BB8 (A toy star wars droid) crossed, using an app to navigate in-house made android cars as well as using hand gesture to control our flying devices. Additionally, there was a hands-on activity where the students assembled 3D google cardboards which allowed them to view the 360 VR A320 cockpit.

Aside from the games, the students also visited the Aero Hub Hangar and Private Jet. Projects done by SP students was also on display.
