STUDENTS WIN FOUR AWARDS AT ART SIC 2015

On 27 March 2015 three EEE and MAE teams received four awards at the Assistive & Rehabilitation Technologies (ART) Student Innovation Challenge (SIC). This is a yearly competition among students from local institutions. It provides a platform to encourage students to develop creative and innovative devices or solutions to improve the quality of living of elderly and people with disability, and to improve the quality of professional practice in rehabilitation.

Congratulations for winning the following awards:

Silver Award & the Best Prototype Award

Project: HuGGler

Supervisor: Mr Asadollah Norouzi

Students: Beh Aaron, Chang Jian Cheng Janson, Caleb Foo Hou En, Poysollameyyar Parthiban, Ramakrishna Santhira Segaran

In addition they received a green lane direct entry to represent Singapore to compete in the World Student Innovation Challenge @ i-CREATe form 11 - 14 August 2015 in Singapore.
