Team SP Wins Big during the RoboCup Asia‐Pacific 2018

Team SP participated in RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2018 which was held at The Kish Island, Iran from 5th to 10th December 2018. In all, SP had two teams participating in the RoboCup@Work and CoSpace Logistics leagues where they achieved third place and first place respectively under the supervision of their lecturer, Mr Asadollah Norouzi.

RoboCup@Work is a Major league (University Level) in RoboCup that focuses on challenges related to Automation, Smart Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0. The members of the RoboCup@Work team were Ashley Chua Jun Hong (DASE, Yr3), Nicholas Chia Jun Jie (DARE, Yr3), Man Chung Hang (DASE, Yr3), Kenny Voo Tze Rung (DEEE, Yr3), Tsing Chia Shuen Shania (DEEE, Yr2), and Amanda Phua Jing Xuan (DEEE, Yr2). 

CoSpace Logistics is Junior league (School/Poly Level) in RoboCupThe that focuses on industrial challenges. The members of the CoSpace Logistics were Hidayatullah Bin Johari (DEEE, Yr3), Bahurudin Mohamed Vazeem Akram (DEEE, Yr3), and V S Salahudeen (DEEE, Yr3).
