Starting June 2024, companies will have to deploy video surveillance systems at construction sites for projects valued at $5 million or more to enhance worker safety.
The project partnered Sembcorp Solar on a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) detection system using video analytics. Focusing on rooftop workers' safety during solar panel installations, the solution employs advanced cameras and AI algorithms
to proactively monitor and ensure PPE compliance. Instant alerts enable swift intervention, preventing accidents and protecting workers.
