| 2 | 22 Mar to 26 Mar 2023 | Request for special seating arrangements for graduands |
| 3 | By 17 April 2023 | Settle outstanding Library Loans, Fines & Course Fees.
- Failure to do so will result in a delay in the collection of your academic transcripts and diploma certificate. |
| 4 | From 4 Apr 2023 onwards | Rental and collection of Graduation Gown |
| 5 | 08 and 09 May 2023 | Graduation Ceremony |
| 6 | By 21 May 2023 | Return Graduation Gown |
