The data analytics industry contributes at least S$1bn to the local economy each year. Data analytics is one of the key skills required in the wake of Industry 4.0. It is an emerging area with massive growth potential. This course, jointly offered with TIBCO Software, focuses on how industry professionals, especially those in the manufacturing and logistics sector can harness the power of data analytics to analyse the industrial data presented to them.

Course Objective

This course equips participants with the knowledge on a range of data analysis tools and also the skills to apply these tools on industrial data. Participants will learn to develop efficient models for predictive data analysis and to apply the trained models on offline data and on streaming data to generate automated alerts.

Course Outline

• Predictive Analysis Models: Regression, Clustering, Forecasting, Classification Trees
• Streaming Data Analysis
• Industrial Applications and Case Study

This course will be conducted using TIBCO CloudTM Spotfire® and TIBCO StreamBase®.

Minimum Requirements

Learners with some IT knowledge or work in a technology related area.

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the examination and meet at least 75% attendance rate

Singaporeans aged 25 years and above may use **SkillsFuture Credit balance to offset respective course fees.
