Human Resource (HR) professionals need to be able to display sound discretion and judgement in offering strategic advice to help their organisations navigate smoothly in the rapidly changing and complex business landscape. Increasingly, the way HR professionals think and behave as they approach their HR work, deal with people and manage work-related situations, will reflect their competency as strategic business partners to drive human capital development.

The national HR certification framework identifies four Mindsets and Behaviours to future-ready HR professionals. The four Mindsets and Behaviours are Displaying Business and Financial Acumen, Demonstrating Change Leadership, Adopting a Future Orientation, and Upholding Professional Conduct. They are incorporated as part of the IHRP Certification.

Course Objective

The 2-day workshop is an IHRP accredited course that allows participants to understand the Mindsets and Behaviours covered in the IHRP Certification. The facilitated case study discussions and interactive peer dialogue will help participants to further hone their capabilities in applying the Mindsets and Behaviours to address situational judgement scenarios faced in the HR role. For more information on IHRP and IHRP Certification, visit www.ihrp.sg
