Any HR professional, desiring to familiarise themselves with various labour legislations, recent changes, and applications to effectively support, can participate.

More Information

For Human Resource (HR) professionals, it is essential that they possess sound knowledge of local labour policies and legislation of the territory where they practise. More importantly, the ability to apply this knowledge across the life-cycle of HR functions and situations enables HR professionals to effectively support the businesses and workforce that they serve.

The national HR certification framework identifies Labour Policies and Legislation as one of the Foundational competencies of future-ready HR professionals. This is incorporated as part of the IHRP Certification.
