This course provides participants with an overview to the latest trends in technology including automation, cybersecurity and data analytics.

Course Objective

​​This course aims to introduce participants to the latest trends in technological areas like ​automation, cybersecurity and data analytics by guiding participants through practical use cases using a hands-on approach. 

Course Outline

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to: 
1. Explain the latest trends in digitalisation.
2. Explain the basic principles of automation, cybersecurity and data analytics.
3. Create a basic automation script to do data analysis.
4. Explain the common cybersecurity threats and defences.
5. Explain the basic principles of data preparation and visualisation.
6. Produce a basic dashboard by applying principles of visualisation.
