Robotic Process Automation is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital system. This course will show how businesses can automate some of the repetitive and mundane human resources process to bring about an improvement in productivity and get hr professionals to move up the work value chain. 

Course Objective

​​This course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate human resources processes, without much coding or programming knowledge. They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.​ 

Course Outline

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to: 
1. Explain what is RPA and how it can help to automate HR processes
2. Develop RPA solution for common HR used cases
3. Identify other HR processes suitable for RPA implementation
4. Develop RPA scripts using learner’s selected HR process

  4. Automate performance appraisal letter 
  5. Automate forms for approval and reminders
  6. Automate Excel and Email processes
  7. Identifying suitable HR processes for automation
  8. Troubleshooting and RPA resources

Minimum Requirements

Participants must be computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
