Course Introduction

The programme will provide a comprehensive understanding of the various key concepts, business models and technologies of the FinTech and Blockchain sectors, which are emerging areas in the Financial Services industry and provide a solid grounding for participants to pursue a career or progression in these exciting new areas.

Course Objective

The FEP endeavours to equip learners with the enhanced set of skills and knowledge in Fintech which is essential in the digitalised finance services industry. Learners will be introduced to various key concepts from crafting disruptive business models, understanding key emerging technologies and learning the methods to provide solutions to product design ideas and issues relating to Fintech and Blockchain. This is an upgraded programme from the FinTech Foundation Programme (FFP) currently offered by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Suitable for

Professionals, Managers, Executives working in the finance services industry experiencing a digitized environment in their work requiring them to be conversant with FinTech, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies, etc.

Minimum Entry Requirements / Assumed Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business or any other relevant disciplines, and have completed the FinTech Foundation Programme.

Award / Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the examination and meet at least 75% attendance rate
