Design and Build a Kombucha Fermenter

Synopsis

Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that offers many beneficial properties such as probiotics and antioxidants making it a healthier alternative to sugary drinks. Making kombucha, however, is challenging, as like any fermentation process, it is prone to contamination and is very sensitive to the surrounding environment. This project aims to design and build an efficient kombucha fermenter.
