Insurance Coverage for SP Students

Group Personal Accident (GPA)

The GPA is applicable to all full-time students studying in Singapore Polytechnic:

• GPA Brochure
• GPA Information Card
• GPA Claim Form

Group Hospitalisation; Surgical Insurance (GHSI)

International students have an additional insurance coverage called the GHSI:

• GHSI Brochure
• GHSI Information Card
• GHSI Claim Form

Travel Insurance Claim

Only for students who travelled on school trips:

• NTUC Travel Insurance Claim Form

To ensure expeditious claims processing, please observe the following guidelines:

1. All claims must be submitted using the dedicated Online Claims Portal or Travel Insurance Claim Form.

2. Claims must be submitted with supporting documents within 60 days.
